At toniradler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before returning any item.

1. Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging (including boxes, seals, and labels)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer

  • Items with broken or missing seals

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked at the time of purchase)

  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact Us

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if the return is due to damage or defect)

Step 2 – Receive Return Authorization
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send any items back before receiving our authorization.

Step 3 – Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your order number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items – We will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs upon approval.

  • For other reasons (changed mind, ordered by mistake, no longer needed, etc.) – You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds – If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refund will include the full purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping charges (unless the return was due to our error).

Partial refunds – In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (for example, items that are returned opened or missing parts). We will discuss this with you before processing.

Late or missing refunds – If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still have questions, contact us at condels@outlook.com.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order separately.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ZE9788744108@Outlook.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement item (shipped at no cost to you)

  • A partial refund if you choose to keep the item

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us before the order has been processed for shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies. You will need to receive the item and then initiate a return.

9. European Union Customers (If Applicable)

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason, under EU distance selling regulations. The above conditions regarding unused condition and original packaging still apply. Return shipping costs for EU customers exercising this right are your responsibility.
